இந்த பிரபஞ்சம் இயங்குவது அன்பால் தான். அப்படிப்பட்ட அடிப்படையான இயல்பான அன்பு அருவி போல் ஊற்றெடுக்கும் உன் உயிர் சக்தியை எழுப்பினால்.

அமைதி

அனைத்தும் ஆரம்பிப்பதும் அடங்குவதும் அமைதியிலேயே உங்கள் உயிர் சக்தி துடிக்குமானால் ஆரம்ப அமைதி உங்களை சூழ்ந்துகொள்ளும்.

ஆனந்தம்

உயிரின் ஊட்டச்சத்து ஆனந்தம். அனைத்து மனிதர்களின் அடிப்படைத் தேவையும் ஆனந்தமே. அது உயிர் சக்தி வகுப்புகள் எடுக்கும் பொழுது மேகம் உடைந்து பேயும் அடை மழை போல் ஆனந்த மழையில் உள்ளே நாள்தோறும் நனைவீர்.
