The number of sessions can vary based on individual needs. The minimum commitment is 1 Discovery session (60 minutes). For best results, I recommend the 3-month (90-day) 'Awakening the Giant Within' Support Program with 15 sessions, which offers a structured roadmap for deeper transformation.
